Join the GRPM, Speciation Ales and Field & Fire on Thursday, May 17 for Beer & Bread!

Participants will taste 3 different Speciation Ales with 3 different Field & Fire breads.The breads will be made with a normal sourdough starter as well as starters from the yeast and bacteria of the beers that we are tasting! Participants will have the unique experience to see how the same yeast and bacteria are used in beer and bread production, as well as see the growth of the bacteria in petri dishes.

This exclusive and rare class will not only provide 3 Speciation Ales, but bread from Field & Fire made from the yeast and bacteria of the ales. Speciation Ales only puts out one beer a month on a special Saturday release. This is your chance to taste 3 beers at once – a unique opportunity, only available to 40 participants.

This class will include 3 beer samples, as well as admission to explore the 1st and 2nd floor of the Museum. Tickets are $10 for Museum members, and $20 for non-members. Must be 21+ to participate.
