The GRPM is in partnership with Brewery Vivant is offering a special Beer Explorers class on Thursday, March 23 to learn about the impact of beer brewing has on the environment and the science behind it, while enjoying a special beer tasting.

Participants will learn about what impacts brewing has on the environment and what can be done to make beer more earth-friendly. Sip delicious beers and get answers to questions about how local brewers are leading the charge to save the world, one beer at a time. The class will be led by Brewery Vivant’s Owner and Sustainability Director, Kris Spaulding, and Wandering Monk and Certified Cicerone, Ryan Engemann for an evening of environmentally friendly beer.

Class begins at 6:30 p.m. and will be held on the first floor in the Museum’s Galleria. Admission to class includes three beer samples, as well as access to the Museum’s first two floors to explore! A cash bar will be available. Participants must be 21 and older.

Non-members- $18
