Don your ugliest (or most fabulous) holiday sweater or turtleneck for a contest and meet an award-winning local chocolate company, Atucún Chocolate. Atucún Chocolate will host a table where you can learn how the chocolate is made. They’re a tree-to-bar chocolate maker with a focus on bringing the authentic heritage cacao from where it all began– Honduras.
Your sweaters and turtlenecks will be judged at 12 p.m., 1 p.m., and 2 p.m., with prizes for the first-place winners, so go big with your winter apparel!
The West Michigan Avid Typewriters group will be at the Museum. Try typing like it’s 1965. Write poems, letters, lists, and whatever else you can think of with one of these retro machines.
Last but not least, Moo Zoo Slime will set up a table where you can make a colorful cup of slime that smells as delicious as chocolate.
