Exploring Space

December 22nd, 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Kick off the holiday season and come explore at the Grand Rapids Public Museum! Dive into the wonders of history, science, culture, and all the holiday festivities during Camp Curious: Snowflake Break Sessions. For two weeks this December, the fun and exploration of Camp Curious returns. 1st through 6th graders can use the Museum as a learning lab – experimenting, learning and growing – all while having a great time in one of the area’s most history-rich environments.

Explore the final frontier, Space! Campers will participate in hands-on activities and explore planets, constellations, gravity, and more. Campers will also learn about astronaut Roger B. Chaffee and the fascinating science and history of America’s space program.

Tickets are $40, with a discounted ticket price of $30 for members.
