The Art of Nature

December 19th, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Kick off the holiday season and come explore at the Grand Rapids Public Museum! Dive into the wonders of history, science, culture, and all the holiday festivities during Camp Curious: Snowflake Break Sessions. For two weeks this December, the fun and exploration of Camp Curious returns. 1st through 6th graders can use the Museum as a learning lab – experimenting, learning, and growing – all while having a great time in one of the area’s most history-rich environments.

Explore the beauty and creativity that abounds in the natural world! This one-day session introduces a variety of art techniques while exploring the Museum’s Natural Science exhibitions and beyond! Campers will marvel at the patterns, colors, shapes, and textures while making connections to everyday objects influenced, and inspired by, nature.

Tickets are $40, with a discounted ticket price of $30 for members.

Camps will have a capacity of 16 tickets per camp.
